Chiefs
Part I
Some Chiefs that have touched my life and I am honored to have known them ~
Chief Yellow Lark from Seattle, Washington, named my brother and I as bears while infants (my brother being the younger bear) as we were blessed --  born with Bear Spirits
Chumash Chief Bob Rivera his wife, Natalie, and myself at the first Honoring of the Elders Gathering held at Mt. Madonna in 1989 (near Gilroy California).  Bob and I were Head Man and  Woman dancers.
Principle Chief of the Cherokee Nation,
Chad Corntassel Smith and myself "schmoozing" at a meeting in Bakersfield on April 29, 2006.  I was there in support of dear friends who are both Cherokee.
